I came across their smoked goods while I visited friends at Philip Island-its was being sold by a small produce outlet on the Island. I have for many years now travelled on the train from inner Melbourne to purchase their products from their store ( Ham, Kabana, Kransky, cooked Beef & Pork & Jerky. Its a great day trip- I often call into the lolly shop, have lunch at Brewsters and then pick up some Sour Dough bread from Cannibal Creek Bakehouse.
